Withdrawal and Returns

Before returning or withdrawal — please always try on bras and briefs over your own underwear and avoid make‑up, perfume or deodorant stains. This helps us maintain hygiene standards and speeds up your refund.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard postal office delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods in original condition and package.

Because lingerie is intimate apparel, we can only accept returns under strict hygiene conditions. Items must be tried on only over your own underwear, unworn beyond what is necessary to check size and fit, with all tags and hygiene seals intact, and free from marks, odors or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund where items are returned in a condition that is not compatible with our hygiene and safety standards (for example worn, soiled, washed or with removed hygiene seals), as permitted by applicable law.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Returns process

Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our responsibility, in which cases the cost of return via postal office is compensated, for example:

the item is damaged on arrival or develops a fault within the legal guarantee period,
the item is defective or not as described,
we have sent the wrong product, size or colour compared to your order,
we have sent incomplete or duplicate deliveries by mistake.

4. Condition of returned lingerie (hygiene)

Because lingerie is a hygiene‑sensitive product, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be tried on only over your own underwear.
Items must be unworn beyond what is necessary to check size and fit.
All tags, labels and hygiene seals must be intact and attached.
Items must be free of marks, odours and damage.

If the value of the goods has diminished due to handling not necessary for checking the condition, quality and functioning of the goods, you may have to pay compensation for this loss of value.

5. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited for certain products where this is permitted by law, for example for sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery.
