TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of the Conturelle online store operated by ELB GmbH / Felina GmbH.

1. PRODUCTS & PRICING — All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Sample sale items
are final sale unless defective.
2. ORDERS — Order confirmation will be sent via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock
is unavailable.
3. PAYMENT — We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — All content, images, and branding are property of Conturelle / ELB
GmbH.
5. LIABILITY — Products are covered by EU consumer protection regulations.
6. GOVERNING LAW — These terms are governed by German law.
